The library

Three levels, all keyed on canonical records:

• Artists — with biography, images and their releases.
• Albums — with tracklist, credits, cover, format and ownership state.
• Tracks — with lyrics and play counts.

Formats and types

An album carries its format (the physical or digital form) and type (album, EP, single, compilation). Both come from reconciled source data and both are filterable, which is what makes questions like "which of my albums are not FLAC" answerable — there is an admin view for exactly that.

Ownership state

Per user, per album:

Owned	In your collection
Wishlist	Wanted
Favourite	Liked

These are annotations on a shared record — your wishlist is yours, the album is everyone's.

Notes

Free-text notes, per user, on any record. They are not shared and not indexed into anything else; they are for you.
